Kick Off Meeting – 10-11 January 2024 – Milano

Transversal competences, integrated with technical skills, add value in project delivery, create a sustainable project environment and provide future-proof
project management. Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – as Principal Investigator – initiates the Erasmus+ project “Shaping The Engineers’ Personal&Interpersonal Skills for Enterprises&Universities” STEPS4EU that I coordinate from a scientific perspective.

Partner organizations: Technische Hochschule Aschaffenburg (Germany), TURUN AMMATTIKORKEA KOULU OY (Finland), Leidse Onderwijsinstellinge B.V. (Netherlands) and SZKOLA GLOWNA HANDLOWA W WARSZAWIE (Poland).

STEPS4EU aims to enhance the transversal competences of managers and students participating in engineering projects across the EU. It will develop “Knowledge capsules” – innovative,flexible, free to use educational tools – to reshape existing curricula to meetdynamic and volatile market demands.
We will be very busy in the next 3 years, so good work to each one of us! Let the WP2 conducted by SZKOLA GLOWNA HANDLOWA W WARSZAWIE begin! 🙂
