Implementation

The project consists of three major work packages:

• WP2: Definition of the competency baseline and investigation on new competencies; methodologies: survey and focus groups analysis
• WP3: drafting a curriculum for filling competence gaps; methodology: survey.
• WP4: Developing a handbook and  “knowledge capsules”; methodology: training and teaching experimental classes.
