Kick Off Meeting – 10-11 January 2024 – Milano

Transversal competences, integrated with technical skills, add value in project delivery, create a sustainable project environment and provide future-proof
project management. Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – as Principal Investigator – initiates the Erasmus+ project “Shaping The Engineers’ Personal&Interpersonal Skills for Enterprises&Universities” STEPS4EU that UCSC coordinates from a scientific perspective.

Partner organizations: Technische Hochschule Aschaffenburg (Germany), TURUN AMMATTIKORKEA KOULU OY (Finland), Leidse Onderwijsinstellinge B.V. (Netherlands) and SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw (Poland).

STEPS4EU aims to enhance the transversal competences of managers and students participating in engineering projects across the EU. It will develop “Knowledge capsules” – innovative,flexible, free to use educational tools – to reshape existing curricula to meetdynamic and volatile market demands.
We will be very busy in the next 3 years, so good work to each one of us! Let the WP2 conducted by SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw (Poland) begin! 🙂
